Orders placed through our store are reviewed and prepared before shipment.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details so you can follow your package status.
Shipping Charges
Nova Nella currently provides free shipping for all orders delivered within Australia.
No additional shipping fees will be added during checkout for eligible Australian orders.
Order Cancellation Requests
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact our team as soon as possible at support@novanella.com.
Cancellation requests can be accepted within 24 hours after an order has been placed.
If an order has already entered shipment processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may still request a return according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Unless a product is defective or an error occurred on our side, return shipping expenses remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Delivery Delays
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery period of 5–8 business days.
Unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, peak seasons, or regional delivery issues.
If your package has not arrived after the estimated timeframe, we recommend allowing an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us.
